These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services arranged by Travel With Pisa, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Cornerstone Travel. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Role of Travel With Pisa
Travel With Pisa acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, and transportation providers.
We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, or changes. All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.
2. Pricing & Availability
All pricing is subject to change until a deposit or full payment is received and the reservation is confirmed.
Quotes are not guaranteed and may change due to availability, supplier adjustments, currency fluctuations, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Payments & Authorization
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.
By providing payment information, you authorize Travel With Pisa to process payments and make travel arrangements on your behalf with the selected supplier(s).
You are responsible for reviewing all booking details and ensuring accuracy prior to payment.
Failure to submit payments by supplier deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and applicable penalties.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and policies of the travel supplier(s), including applicable fees and penalties.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued solely by the supplier and may take time to process. Travel With Pisa does not control or guarantee refund timelines.
You acknowledge that some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to significant penalties.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
If you decline travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial loss due to cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, weather events, supplier default, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring all travelers have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any required entry forms.
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date unless otherwise specified.
Failure to meet travel requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, and no refunds will be issued.
7. Traveler Information & Name Accuracy
All traveler names and details must exactly match government-issued identification.
Travel With Pisa is not responsible for errors provided by the client. Corrections may result in additional fees, rebooking, or cancellation.
8. Supplier Changes & Force Majeure
Travel suppliers may make changes to itineraries, accommodations, schedules, or services at any time due to operational needs or circumstances beyond their control.
This includes but is not limited to:

9. Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, interruptions, and property loss.
By booking travel, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
10. Limitation of Liability
Travel With Pisa shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from:

11. Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking travel through Travel With Pisa, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Any disputes must first be addressed directly with Travel With Pisa in good faith.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Travel With Pisa’s services, submitting payment, or signing any booking authorization forms, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
